What we look for

Finance professionals, audit analysts, data analysts, controllers, and managed-services specialists with strong attention to detail and curiosity about how money actually moves through industrial supply chains. Experience with enterprise resource planning systems — SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Acumatica, Epicor Kinetic, SAP Business One, QuickBooks Enterprise — is valued, as is fluency with master data, contract terms, and the standard service vendor categories (freight, MRO, contract labour, maintenance, IT, professional services). We hire for judgment over credentials, but qualifications including CA, CPA, CMA, ACCA, MBA Finance, and engineering degrees are common across the team.

Career paths

Three primary career paths inside ValueXPA: the diagnostic delivery path (analyst → senior analyst → engagement manager → engagement director, focused on running Margin Drift Diagnostics end-to-end); the managed-services operations path (operations associate → team lead → operations manager → operations director, focused on running AP, AR, controller, and month-end close work for clients under SLA); and the analytics and product path (data engineer → senior data engineer → lead data engineer → analytics architect, focused on the dashboards, automations, and the FynFlo product). Most paths offer cross-pollination opportunities every 18 to 24 months.

How we work

Hybrid model with two to three office days per week in our India delivery hubs, fully remote options for senior roles, and travel to client sites in the US and Australia for specific engagement milestones. We operate on engagement-led delivery rather than utilisation-led delivery — staff are not pressured to bill 90 percent of hours; they are expected to deliver engagement outcomes within the timelines committed to clients. Internal training time, certification time, and tooling investment time are first-class line items in every quarter.

Compensation philosophy

Base compensation benchmarked at the 75th percentile of finance and consulting talent in each geography, performance bonuses tied to engagement outcomes (not utilisation), and a long-term retention component for delivery staff at engagement manager level and above. Senior roles include equity-like participation in FynFlo product growth. We publish band structures internally and review them annually against external salary surveys.

Locations and travel

Hybrid and remote roles across the United States, Australia, and India. India delivery hubs in Chennai with satellite presence in Bengaluru and Hyderabad. US and Australia operations are predominantly remote with optional co-working memberships in major metros. Client-site travel is required for kickoff and findings-readout milestones — typically four to six trips per year for engagement managers, fewer for junior roles.
